  • Appendicitis - a bacterial infection that leads to inflammation of the appendix.
  • Colon cancer - a cancer that starts in the large intestine or the rectum. Colon cancer is sometimes referred to as "colorectal cancer."
  • Esophagus cancer is malignancy of the esophagus. Cancer of the esophagus is also called esophageal cancer.
  • Gallbladder and bile duct disorders, which occur when excessive amounts of cholesterol clump together to form hardened masses called gallstones.
  • GERD/Acid Reflux - a condition in which the stomach regurgitates (backs up, or refluxes) liquids into the esophagus.
